My free guide is quick to download and just as quick to read. I have incorporated these 5 habits into my life and the difference it makes is undeniable. 
What it comes down to, is creating a state of feeling good. That's it. That is how we attract more of what we want into our lives. This is how we decrease our stress levels and calm our nervous systems so the body may heal itself. This is how we stay present and turn off the auto-pilot function so that we don't scroll past our own lives.

If you are ready to make some changes, then I suggest you start with these small steps and try to incorporate them every day for at least a week. It's fun! What do you have to lose? But stay committed to these steps, because believe me, they will stay committed to you.


Here is what helped me a lot when I first started implementing small daily habits.
I printed out a calendar for the month (a big enough block for each day) and stuck it on my fridge.

Within each block, you can make 5 dots underneath one another with ONE letter symbolizing the specific activity (M for Mindfulness - you can get creative here).
At the end of the day, I would simply tick off which habits were completed.

Don't make this a long and tedious process. Short, easy, simple. Having a visual representation of your completed habits is a super great motivator and reward system for your brain
